Synopsis

The play takes place in the 1970s in a TV studio that is a former clinic for drug addicts. It is a palace for self-indulgent fantasies; life presented as a game show. The administrators, who are disillusioned and violent and former addicts themselves, present "The Show," in which guests are harassed into acting out their problems through a series of ordeals. Everything that happens during the show is staged and sold to death freaks.
